Hello, I am so excited to learn that you have a booth at the Windmill. We plan to go this Saturday. We probably will visit the Plank Rd. Pantry in Elmira to see what products are available. Do you make half moon cookies? My sister found some absolutely fantastic ones at an Amish store near Oneida, NY and I'm always on the look out for these. I just watched the pie making video and can't wait to try it. I am psyched!

I was having trouble with my loaves of bread sinking after I took them out of the oven but I watched your video...bake them a bit longer and they're perfect!! I never stop trying new products but Amber has told me she wants no other bread but yours...it really tastes like a good loaf of homemade bread..and your chocolate cake was to die for!! Hi Jack, Sorry I didn't get to you sooner, but with the 90 deg days and 91% humidity at some times this week, I just couldn't turn the oven on. But, yesterday was the day. I thoroughly enjoyed your chocolate cake. It had a really good chocolate taste. It was very moist and the texture was good too--not grainy or crumbly like some mixes I've had. I also liked that it required few ingredients and was simple to make. It was nice that a mixer wasn't needed either. To make sure I was tasting the cake and not frosting, I didn't frost it. I ate some yesterday, and covered the rest with saran. It was every bit as moist today. (On some cakes I think the frosting helps keep in moisture, but this was good without it.) ....Patty

Hi Jack, I wanted to thank you so much for sending me out another package of the 5lb bread/roll mix. I received it on Saturday. I made rolls and 2 loaves of bread. I love it!!!!!!

I want to tell you being gluten free has been hard, and trying to find things that taste good too. I have tried breads, some seem to taste like Styrofoam. Yours by far seems to be the best!!! The brownie mix rocks! Pizza dough is awesome. Can't wait to try others.

"Once again, I made your Chocolate Chip Cookie mix and it was gone before the day was over. No, it wasn’t just me eating it either. The rest of my family does not need to eat Gluten-free, they just do. I followed your directions and put a spin on itx I whipped the egg, melted the 2 ounces of butter and whipped in 2 ounces of Applesauce. After stirring in the dry ingredients and I spread it in into a 7 X 11 in dish, and baked at 350 for 22 minutes. This makes a wonderful bar cookie! Thanks for providing such a good product!" - Donna

Just wanted to let you know that my husband and I visited your establishment in Sayre, PA today. My husband is "normal" but I have a wheat/gluten sensitivity so I was extremely pleased when we just happened to stop in at Cafe Too on South Elmer Avenue. The staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable. I grabbed a few business cards and have already let several of my friends know about your restaurant. The food was wonderful and the pastries are "to die for." Even though I do not have Celiac Disease I do have to follow the Celiac diet and believe me I have tried everything and nothing has come even close to the products at Cafe Too. I am very excited can you tell? I have found more people since I was diagnosed that have the same dietary situation as I have and I plan to post the Cafe Too business card at my place of employment. Thank you so much for getting with the program with this awful condition. It is so hard to find anything that is tasty yet safe to eat. - Barb
